Wings & A Prayer, LLC is a soul food take-out and catering restaurant located in Shady Side section of Pittsburgh PA. W&P focuses on fresh home style cooking. We tend to shy away from processed foods with the hopes of eliminating some of the stereotypes of soul food. We want our customers to maintain a healthier sugar and lower blood pressure levels by substituting some traditional ingredients with healthier ones. We prepare our foods with grace, elegance and love; ensuring everything is made close to perfection. Wings & A Prayer, is a family and community friendly establishment. We strive to create a clean, safe fun filled ambiance where folks can relax and feel special. We look forward to serving you! Great tangy sauce on the wings. One of my favorite local places to get some grub from. I've had the ribs before and those are phenomenal also. Very kind staff. Small indoor waiting area. They take walk-in orders but it's best to call in ahead of time.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Absolutely DELICIOUS food. We ordered takeout and couldn’t get home fast enough to eat, the smells in the car were intoxicating! We were helped by a gracious woman who was very kind and had a truly wonderful presence. I will DEFINITELY be returning!

The food was delicious! Great portion size, hot and good. I loved the prayer, too - a pleasant surprise.

Love all the food especially the pork chops and the wings and the ribs every thing. The greens cabbage potato salad.

My 1st time going there, and my food was amazingly good. This is now my favorite place. Definitely worth your money. I'll be back
